Exercises intended to increase core strength.

Mobility, stability and range of motion exercises.
* FOOTWORKS *
Skills to build coordination, speed and endurance.
* GUIDED STRETCH *
Low intensity focusing on the neck, back, shoulders, hamstrings, quads and calves.
